Mainly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, the three that consistently deliver results for small businesses in the UK. I can also support TikTok for the right business - if you're product-based or have strong visual content, it's worth a conversation. If you're not sure which platform suits your business, we'll work that out together before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be on every platform?
No and I'd actively discourage it if it's going to spread you too thin. Most small businesses get far better results from doing one platform well than three platforms badly. Part of what I do is help you figure out where your customers are actually spending their time.

Do you work with businesses outside Sussex?
Yes I work remotely with small businesses across the UK. My business is UK-based but location has never been a barrier. Everything is handled online and communication is easy throughout.
Can I upgrade or change my package?
Yes, you can move between packages with a month's notice. I'd rather you're on the right package for your budget and goals than locked into something that no longer fits.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, all packages have a minimum term of 3 months, and I want to be upfront about why.
Social media management isn't something you flick a switch on and see results overnight. The first month is about getting your content strategy right and nailing your brand voice. The second month is where consistency starts to build. By month three there's enough data to see what's actually working and make it work harder.
One month isn't a fair amount of time to judge whether social media marketing is working for you or for me. The 3-month minimum means we both get a proper chance to see real progress, rather than pulling the plug before anything has had time to land.
After that, it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
