AI Policy

At Just Thrive Marketing Ltd, we use artificial intelligence (AI) thoughtfully to support our work, explore ideas and make some tasks more efficient.

You’re still working with a person who understands your business, your audience and what you want to achieve. AI supports that work; the strategy, judgement and responsibility remain with us.

How We Use AI

AI tools may help us with:

  • Brainstorming ideas and exploring creative directions

  • Producing initial drafts of website copy, social posts and other marketing content

  • Planning content and organising information

  • Creating or editing visual assets

  • Reviewing anonymised marketing data and identifying possible improvements

  • Supporting website development and troubleshooting

  • Drafting accessibility content, such as image descriptions and transcripts

We choose when to use AI based on whether it adds value to your project.

Human Review and Responsibility

Every final deliverable is reviewed and approved by Ellie Hamilton before it is shared with you or published on your behalf.

AI can produce inaccurate information, generic wording or content that misses the mark. We check relevant facts, refine the wording and assess the work against your brief, brand and audience.

Our aim is always to create useful, considered marketing that sounds like your business.

Your Information and Privacy

We treat client information with care. We do not enter confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information into AI tools without first assessing whether the tool and its settings are appropriate, and whether we have the necessary permission and lawful basis.

Where possible, we remove identifying details or use anonymised information. We also review relevant privacy settings, data-retention terms and whether information may be used to train AI models.

This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy and the confidentiality commitments in our client agreements.

Copyright, Licensing and Ownership

We review AI-assisted work for potential copyright concerns and check relevant tool terms before using it commercially.

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are set out in your project agreement. Any third-party elements, including stock images, fonts or software, remain subject to their own licences.

AI-generated material may not be unique, and exclusive rights cannot always be guaranteed. If this could affect an important brand asset or intended use, we will discuss it with you.

Being Open About AI

You’re welcome to ask how AI has been used in your project.

Where AI use materially affects the final work - for example, creating a realistic synthetic image or voice—we will discuss it with you and agree any appropriate disclosure.

We do not use AI to invent customer reviews, testimonials or results, or to imply endorsements that have not been given.

Your Preferences

If you have concerns about AI or would prefer it not to be used for particular parts of your project, please let us know before work begins.

We will discuss what is practical, including any effect on the scope, timing or cost, and agree an approach with you.

Keeping This Policy Up to Date

AI tools and guidance continue to change. We review our approach regularly and update this policy when needed.
