From a young age, I desperately wanted to work in events. I think I was drawn in by the thought of the glitz and glamour.
I soon realised there was very little glitz and glamour for the person actually organising it. Just horrendous hours, tight deadlines and a LOT of problem-solving.
And weirdly, I loved it.
How Thrive happened..
I loved figuring things out, making things work and creating experiences that people remembered.
I spent 15 years in corporate events and marketing, working with global brands, investment banks and law firms. It taught me how to plan, communicate and keep a project moving, even when there were a lot of different pieces involved.
Then I had two kids and became a stay-at-home parent.
In between nursery drop-offs, baby clubs, playing Barbies and weaning, I started helping friends and family with marketing strategies and websites.
And I found a new fire in my belly that I hadn’t felt since my event days.
I kept meeting brilliant business owners who knew their stuff but weren’t sure how to explain what they offered or get it in front of the people they wanted to reach.
That’s where Just Thrive came from.

I enjoy getting to know a business and seeing where things could work better. That might mean making the offer clearer, improving a website, connecting a booking system or planning a campaign.

Who I Work With
With a UK business base in Hassocks, I work predominantly with small businesses across Sussex, including Haywards Heath, Brighton, Lewes and Burgess Hill, as well as clients elsewhere in the UK. I provide support remotely, helping you get found, understood and chosen online.
